These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform and form a legally binding agreement between you (“the User”) and Paws on Recruitment (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Definitions

“User” refers to any individual or business who creates an account, including groomers, salon owners, recruiters, and job seekers.
“Profile” refers to the information submitted by Users, including résumés, portfolios, business details, and multimedia content.

To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have legal permission to enter into contracts.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
Ensure that your account and login credentials remain secure and confidential.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4. User Conduct and Respectful Engagement
By using the Platform, you agree to engage in professional, ethical, and respectful behaviour at all times. This includes but is not limited to:
✅ Respectful Communication – Treat all Users with respect, professionalism, and courtesy in all interactions.
✅ Non-Discrimination – Any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
✅ Professional Conduct – Users must not engage in inappropriate, offensive, or misleading behaviour, including but not limited to abusive language, intimidation, or fraudulent activity.

5. Account Registration and Use
Users may create an account as a groomer or a grooming salon.
Profiles must be truthful, accurate, and relevant to employment in the pet grooming industry.
Multiple accounts for the same User are not allowed, except for businesses managing separate salon locations.
Paws on Recruitment reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove profiles that violate our terms or contain inappropriate, misleading, or offensive content.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Paws on Recruitment operates on a subscription-based model. Users may choose from different membership tiers, with details outlined on the pricing page.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Auto-renewal is not available. Users must manually renew their subscription before expiration to continue accessing the Platform.
Paws on Recruitment reserves the right to modify pricing, with advance notice to Users.

7. Job Postings and Applications
Employers must ensure job listings are accurate, legal, and relevant to grooming-related roles.
Applicants must submit truthful and professional applications.
Paws on Recruitment does not guarantee employment or candidate suitability. It is the responsibility of Users to conduct their own due diligence when hiring or accepting job offers.
We reserve the right to publish job adverts, including images, photos, and videos from premium members, to be featured on our social media platforms as part of promotional content.

8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
❌ Posting false, misleading, or deceptive job listings or qualifications.
❌ Using the Platform for spam, unsolicited promotions, or advertisements.
❌ Sharing private or confidential information of other Users without consent.
❌ Impersonating any individual or entity, or misrepresenting affiliations.
❌ Uploading malicious software, viruses, or engaging in hacking attempts.
Any violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may be reported to legal authorities if necessary.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
Users agree that profile information (such as résumés, business details, and multimedia content) will be publicly visible to other registered Users.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of any original content they upload (such as résumés, videos, and photos).
By uploading content, Users grant Paws on Recruitment a non-exclusive licence to display and use the content on the Platform.
Users must not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without permission.

11. Liability and Disclaimers
Paws on Recruitment provides a platform for connections but is not responsible for employment decisions, workplace disputes, or job outcomes.
We do not verify all user-submitted content and encourage Users to conduct their own research before entering agreements.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted service, security, or error-free operations.

12. Membership Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User account without notice if:
The User violates these Terms and Conditions.
The User engages in disrespectful, offensive, or unethical behaviour.
The User misuses the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support@pawsonrecruitment.com.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Paws on Recruitment may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes agreement with the updated terms.
